Indictment for participation or organization of an organized criminal group, smuggling of migrants and possession of weapons
Prishtinë, 27 October 2021 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK), has filed indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtina - Special Department, against eight (8) defendants F.K., F.K., T.B., S.M., S.M., H.M., B.H and I.K.
The Special Prosecution Office notifies that the above mentioned defendants have been charged for criminal offenses "Participation or organization of an organized criminal group" under article 277 par. 1 of the CCRK in connection with the criminal offense committed continuously "Smuggling of migrants" under article 164 par. 1 and 2 in connection with the article 31 of the CCRK.
Meanwhile, the defendant I.K., is also charged for the criminal offense “Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons" under article 366 par. 1 of the CCRK.
