Detention is required against a person for assault
Prishtinë, 26 October 2021– The Basic Prosecution in Prishtina, announces the public opinion that the General Department, with a decision of the state prosecutor has detained for a period of 48 hours the person with the initials FB, due to suspicion that he has committed the criminal offense "Attack", under Article 184 of Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The case occurred on 24.10.2021, in a market in Prishtina, where the above-mentioned person is suspected of attacking a woman with fists and causing bodily injuries to her, in which case the injured party received medical treatment, therefore the state prosecutor, on 25.10.2021, filed a request against the suspect for detention on remand in the competent court.
