Work begins on systematizing the administration in the prosecutorial system
Prishtina, 24 September 2021 - The working group for the systematization of jobs in the administration of the Kosovo prosecutorial system chaired by the member of the Committee for Normative Issues of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Bahri Hyseni, today held the first meeting.
This working group, which is mandated by the Committee on Normative Issues of the Council, will draft bylaws governing the systematization of the administration of the prosecutorial system.
During its work, the working group plans to draft regulations which will provide for the structure, competencies and activity of the administration in the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and in the institution of the State Prosecutor.
The purpose of this process is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the administration of the prosecutorial system.
