A person was detained for participating in or organizing an organized criminal group
Prishtina, 16 September 2021 - The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK), in cooperation with the Kosovo Police, has carried out searching and temporary seizures at a location in the municipality of Peja, against a suspect with the initials K.B, who is detained for the criminal offense "Participation or organization of an organized criminal group" under article 277, which relates to the parliamentary elections of February 14, 2021.
The Special Prosecution informs that during the search was found and confiscated an I-Phone 7, an IP-hone X-MAX, as well as a small shoulder bag together with the short weapon (revolver) caliber: 9X19 mm, two cartridges (out of weapon) of the same weapon, one with 10 (ten) cartridges and the other with 8 (eight) cartridges of 9 mm LUGER caliber, 20 (twenty) other cartridges (out of cartridges) of 9mm LUGER caliber and a small colored blade military.
By order of the state prosecutor, the suspect with the initials K.B., is kept on detention for 48 hours, as he is suspected of having committed the criminal offense "Participation or organization of an organized criminal group" under Article 277.
