Special Prosecution targets two new cases codenamed "Nomada" and "Crystal Eagle"
Prishtina, 15 September 2021 - The Chief Prosecutor of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK), Blerim Isufaj, held the next meeting with the joint team for the selection and targeting of serious crimes, where two (2) new cases for various criminal offenses have been tergeted.
The first case targeted by the Special Prosecution, is codenamed "Nomada", while seventeen (17) persons are involved, for the criminal offenses "Participation or organization of organized criminal group" under article 277 par. 1 of the CCRK, related with the criminal offenses "Falsification of documents" from article 390 par. 1 of the CCRK, "Special cases of forgery of documents" from article 391 par. 1 of the CCRK, as well as the criminal offense "Smuggling of migrants" from article 164 par. 1 and 2 of the CCRK.
Meanwhile, the second case targeted by the Special Prosecution, is codenamed "Crystal Eagle", which involves ten (10) persons, for the criminal offenses "Participation or organization of an organized criminal group" under article 277 par. 1 of CCRK, regarding the criminal offenses "Forgery of documents" from article 390 par. 1 of the CCRK, "Special cases of forgery of documents" from article 391 par. 1 of the CCRK, and the criminal offense ' 'Smuggling of migrants' from article 164 par. 1 and 2 of the CCRK.
