Work continues on drafting the Regulation on the transfer and promotion of State prosecutors
Prishtina, 18 August 2021 - The Committee for Normative Issues of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), chaired by Prosecutor Armend Zenelaj, held its next meeting, where it worked on finalizing the Regulation on the transfer and promotion of State Prosecutors.
In this meeting, which was also attended by international partners and representatives of civil society, it was discussed exactly the comments provided by them regarding the Draft Regulation on the transfer and promotion of State prosecutors.
On this occasion, the Committee has decided to hold another working meeting regarding the finalization of the above regulation, before sending its final draft to the KPC for review and approval.
