Indictment filed against 4 persons for Attempted Murder
Ferizaj, July 27, 2021- The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, Department for Serious Crimes, informs you that today, has filed an indictment against four (4) persons with the initials (F.L.) in the municipality of Kaçanik, (A.S.), Hani i Elezit and (K.Ç., FT), from the municipality of Kaçanik.
According to the indictment filed by the Prosecution, on 07 March 2021, at around 20:10, in the village of Reka, Kaçanik municipality, the defendant F.Ll, intentionally tried to deprive of life the injured party F and LT, where with an automatic rifle AK 47, shoots in the direction of the injured party's vehicle, thus committing the criminal offense of "Attempted Murder" under Article 172 in conjunction with Article 28 of the CCRK, "Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons" under Article 366 of the CCRK and the criminal offense "Destruction or damage of property" under Article 321 paragraph 1 of the CCRK.
Whereas, the defendant A.S., intentionally assisted the defendant F.L. in committing the criminal offense of attempted murder, thus committing the criminal offense "Assistance in committing the criminal offense of attempted murder" under Article 172 in conjunction with Articles 28 and 33 of the CCRK.
Defendant K. Ç., on the same date, time and place, was aware of the preparation of the commission of the criminal offense, but did not report this fact at the time when the commission of the criminal offense could still be prevented, with which he has committed the criminal offense "Failure to report the preparation of criminal offenses" under Article 377 paragraph 1 in conjunction with paragraph 2 subparagraph 2.2 of the CCRK.
Whereas, the defendant F.T., on 07 March 2021, at around 20:10, intentionally tried to deprive of life the injured parties F.L., A.S., and K.Ç., where the actual person got out of the car and started shooting at in their direction with a pistol brand CZ, in which case they hit the injured party K.Ç., causing bodily injuries, thus committing the criminal offense of “Attempted Murder” under Article 172 in conjunction with Article 28 of the CCRK and "Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons" under Article 366 paragraph 1 of the CCRK.
The defendants at the request of the Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj are under detention on remand.
The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, on the occasion of filing the indictment, has proposed to the competent Court in Ferizaj that the defendants be found guilty and punished according to law for the criminal offenses they are charged with.
