Candidates for Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution of Gjakova are interviewed
Prishtina, 20 May 2021 - The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council has started the process of interviewing the candidates for Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution of Gjakova.
The panel for the selection of the Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution of Gjakova consists of five members of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and is chaired by the Chairman of the KPC, Jetish Maloku.
Prosecutor Dëshirë Jusaj and Prosecutor Ramiz Buzhala are the two candidates who have entered the race for Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution of Gjakova.
The Panel, after the process of interviewing, evaluating and reasoning, will propose to the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council for voting the successful candidates.
The process of interviewing the candidates for Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution of Gjakova is being monitored by international partners and the NGO “Group for Legal and Political Studies”.
