Indictment for organized crime, purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics and possession of weapons
Prishtinë, May 07 , 2021 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtina - Special Department, against the defendants T. S, A. B, S. R, F.R and A .Rr., on suspicion for having actively participated in the criminal activities of the group, to commit one or more criminal offenses, knowing that such participation will contribute to the realization of criminal activity. The above mentioned have committed the criminal offenses "Organized crime" under article 277 par. 1 of the CCRK, in connection with the offense "Unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of dangerous narcotics and psychotropic substances" under article 267 par. 2 as read with article 31 of the CCRK.
The accused, A.B., also possessed and controlled a shotgun, two barrels and 32 bullets of various calibers in violation of the applicable law regarding such weapons which were confiscated by the Kosovo Police. With these actions the accused has committed the criminal offense "Unauthorized possession, control or possession of weapons" under article 366 par. 1 of the CCRK.
