Indictment for exercising influence
Prishtinë, April 13, l 2021 - The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtina - Special Department, against the defendants with the initials B.G., R.H. and D.H., because in co-perpetration have committed the criminal offense of "Exercising influence".
The defendant B.G., in co-perpetration with defendant R.H., for the purpose of material gain for himself, in the office of defendant D.H., directly requested money. With these actions, the defendants B.G and R. H, in co-perpetration have committed the criminal offense "Exercising influence" from article 431 paragraph 1 in connection with 31 of the CCRK.
The defendant D.H., meanwhile, has given money to unfairly influence the defendant B.G., R.H. so with these actions the defendant D.H., has committed the criminal offense "Exercising influence" under article 431 par. 2 of the CCRK.
