Manual registers, topic of discussion of the Deputy Chairman of the KPC with the Chief Prosecutor of Ferizaj
Prishtina, 31 March 2021 - The Deputy Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, at the same time the Chairman of the Commission for Prosecution Administration, Veton Shabani, accompanied by the Deputy Manager of the ICT-CMIL Project, Nexhat Haziri, held a working meeting with the Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, Shukri Jashari.
The topic of discussion was the removal of manual registers in the framework of the digitalization of the work process, in which case the pilot phase of this project will be implemented initially in the Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, given that it was the first prosecution assessed as most successful in the implementation of CMIS and then will be extended to all other prosecutions in the country.
This activity will start with RLN and PPN registers on May 3, 2021 and will continue with other registers.
During the discussions, it was said that after the piloting process is completed, in cooperation with the Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions, a report will be prepared and a plan to expand the removal of physical registers in prosecution offices and the same documents along with recommendations will be sent for approval to Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
