Detention measure is requested against a person for the criminal offense "Serious bodily injury" resulting in death
Ferizaj, 03 March 2021 –The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, Department for Serious Crimes, has submitted a request for detention on remand in the Basic Court in Ferizaj, against the defendant B.Sh., due to reasonable suspicion that he has committed the criminal offense "Serious bodily injury”” From Article 186 paragraph 5 in conjunction with paragraph 2 subparagraph 2.1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (CCRK).
According to the request, there is a grounded suspicion that on February 21, 2021, in the village of Bibaj, Ferizaj municipality, in the parking lot of the fuel pump "Hib Petrol", the defendant B.SH., intentionally caused serious bodily injury to the now deceased AL, where after a speech, he punched him in the face, in which case as a result of this blow he fell to the ground-concrete and suffered bodily injuries and as a result of the injuries he died.
With these actions it is suspected that the defendant B.Sh., has committed the criminal offense "Serious bodily injury" for which he is detained for 48 hours.
