A workshop on active management is held
Prishtina, 15 December 2020 - The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC) in cooperation with the Dutch project CILC, held two-day workshop where they discussed active management.
This workshop was attended by Chief Prosecutors, Heads of the Secretariat and the KPC Unit, administrators of the Prosecution Offices and heads of other units.
During this workshop were addressed various topics which are related to the best forms of management, where participants presented their management experiences, results achieved, problems displayed and managerial changes they have made during their daily work.
CILC project experts presented their personal management experiences and the best forms of management that take place in the Dutch justice system.
