Chairperson Hyseni is staying for a study visit in Austria
Vienna / Austria, 24 July 2019 - The Chairperson of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Bahri Hyseni, is staying on a study visit to Vienna, Austria, where the topics of money laundering prevention and terrorism financing are being addressed.
During this study visit is being discussed about the prevention and prosecution of money laundering and financing of terrorism, inter-institutional and international cooperation in combating the above-mentioned legal offenses.
Other topics related to investigation and experience of Austria in the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing will also be addressed.
Prosecutors from the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor and prosecutors of other prosecutions, judges, police officers, TAK representatives and financial intelligence are also participating in this study visit.
This study visit was organized by the Federal Ministry of Finance of Austria and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
