KPC and KBA in continuous inter-institutional coordination
Prishtina, September 1, 2020 - The Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Bahri Hyseni, accompanied by the member of the Council, Arben Ismajli, received in a meeting the President of the Kosovo Bar Association, Behar Ejupi and the Vice President Naim Rudari.
The purpose of the meeting was to deepen the cooperation between the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and the Kosovo Bar Association, through coordination in creating policies to strengthen activities and achieve inter-institutional objectives.
On this occasion, the chairman Bahri Hyseni said that KPC is in constant coordination with all prosecutions in order to create the best possible conditions for the activity of lawyers within the prosecutorial system and to deepen cooperation between the two institutions, in order to functioning and strengthening of the justice system.
The President of the Chamber, Behar Ejupi, praised the cooperation with the prosecutorial system, while expressing the need for further establishment and deepening of cooperation between the two institutions, in order to eliminate possible challenges.
The interlocutors agreed to continue with regular inter-institutional communication to identify issues that are important for both institutions and to jointly advance the processes.
