Aggravated murder in Ferizaj
Ferizaj, August 10, 2020 - The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, Serious Crimes Department, informs you that today, in Ferizaj, a person is suspected of depriving his mother of her life. The event happened at around 08:00, in the morning, where the suspect B.Ç., about 62 years old, is suspected that, he deprived his mother of life in his house on “Ejup Statovci” street, in Ferizaj, now the late M. Ç, about 83 years old.
In this way, it is suspected that he committed the criminal offense “Aggravated Murder”, under Article 173 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (CCRK).
The suspect B.Ç., with the decision of the prosecutor was detained for a period of 48 hours and within the legal deadline he will be required to take measures to secure the defendant in criminal proceedings.
