Clarification from the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo
Prishtinë, June 16, 2020 – Clarification regarding the news entitled: "Infection with Covid-19, of the information technology officer is the cause for the abolishment of the sessions in " Veteranet "case, the Special Prosecution announces that:
The IT official of the Secretariat of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), who was assigned to provide assistance in the sessions of June 17 and 18, 2020, is awaiting the instructions of the NIPH (IKSHP) for further actions, as a consequence of possible contacts with the person positive with COVID 19, confirmed in the KPC Secretariat.
Also, according to the official announcement of the Court, the cancellation of this session was done due to the conditions and the small space in the hall where the session was planned to be held, as well as the large number of participants in the mentioned session.
