The next meeting of the Committee for Normative Issues of the KPC is held
Pristina, June 16, 2020 - The Commission for Normative Issues of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), led by its chairman, Prosecutor Zejnullah Gashi, held the next meeting, which was attended by representatives of the US Embassy, as well as the representative of the National Authority against Trafficking in Human Beings.
In this meeting, the draft of standard action procedures for the development of the investigation and the criminal prosecution of human trafficking was discussed.
Also, the participants of this meeting discussed other topics, such as: coordination with law enforcement for the investigation and prosecution of human trafficking cases, international cooperation and joint investigation teams, data collection and reporting.
