Chairman Hyseni meets OPDAT Director for Southeast Europe
Pristina, 8 November 2019 - The Head of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Bahri Hyseni, accompanied by the Deputy Chief State Prosecutor, Sevdije Morina, hosted the Director of the Office of Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training, OPDAT for Southeast Europe, Paul Vaky.
The purpose of this meeting was the cooperation of the prosecutorial system with OPDAT and the areas in which these institutions should focus together in the future.
On this occasion, Chairman Hyseni and Deputy Chief Prosecutor Morina thanked Director Vaky for the OPDAT assistance provided to the Kosovo prosecutorial system, expressing the further need to provide assistance in the field of training and professional development of Kosovo prosecutors.
On the other hand, Director Vaky has also spoken about the continuation of support for the prosecutorial system, saying that coordination will continue for further assistance in the necessary areas and segments.
The two interlocutors focused on concrete topics of common interest that in the future are expected to be activities between the Kosovo prosecutorial system and OPDAT, with the aim of assisting and professional development of Kosovo prosecutors.
