Indictment for organizing and participating in a terrorist group
Prishtinë, June 10, 2020 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosova, has file indictment by the Basic Court in Prishtina – Special department , against the defendant V.I., on charges “Organizing and participating in a terrorist group” under article 143 par. 2 of CCRK.
According to the indictment of the Special Prosecution, the defendant on November 11, 2014, with forethought and will, along with her husband S.N. left the territory of the Republic of Kosova, in manner that through border crossing point Hani Elezit , has traveled to Skopje – Republic of Macedonia, the next day traveled by bus to Sweden, after staying for two months , in order to join with the terrorist organization “ISIS”, through certain connections , through Stockholm airport, by plane , they have traveled to Istambul, then were transported to the Gazimestan city , near border to Syria, where by the ISIS members were transported to Sedel Faruk city .
She was enrolled in ISIS separately from the men, from where she traveled to city of Mosul, in Iraq, after 3-4 days of stay, they returned to city of Raka, during this time she was engaged in logistic ng three- four as in food preparation, the cleaning of her husband's military uniform, an ISIS fighter, and that she was funded by ISIS in the amount of $ 150 per month, and then in 2018, she was arrested by the Syrian Democratic Forces, then on April 19, 2019 , she has been repatriated to Kosovo.
With these actions, the defendant has committed the criminal offense "Organization and participation in a terrorist group" from article 143 par. 2 of the CCRK
