The next meeting of the Committee for Normative Issues of the KPC is held
Pristina, June 10, 2020 - The Commission for Normative Issues of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, led by its chairman, Prosecutor Zejnullah Gashi, held the next meeting, which was attended by the coordinators appointed to address human trafficking cases in the prosecutorial system.
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the draft of standard action procedures for conducting the investigation and prosecuting trafficking in human beings.
Committee members and coordinators for handling human trafficking cases have also discussed other topics, such as: developing the process of selecting coordinators and training them, cooperating with victims' advocates and accessing victims at treatment centers for human trafficking cases.
