The next meeting of the Committee on Normative Issues is held

Pristina, 21 January 2020 - The Committee on Normative Issues, chaired by its Chairperson, Zejnullah Gashi, has discussed the draft Regulation on the Organization and Activity of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and the List of Titles of Documents, Cases, Registers and the Term of their storage in the prosecutorial system.

In this context, in the today's meeting was discussed the scheduling and manner of regular and extraordinary meetings of the Prosecutorial Council, the incorporation and restructuring of changes according to the comments of the members of the Committee and the organization of a public hearing on the draft Regulation on Procedure for Organization and Activity of the KPC.

Consequently, the topic of the discussion was the role and importance of the list of KPC document names, with a particular focus on its archive, then reviewing deadlines and coordinating actions with the Ministry of Public Administration, which is preparing a draft regulation for these issues.
