KPC and KJC discuss joint priorities for 2020
Pristina, 16 January 2020 - The Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Bahri Hyseni, held a working meeting with the Chairman of the Kosovo Judicial Council, Skender Çoçaj, which was also attended by the General Directors of the two respective Secretariats.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss mutual cooperation and coordination of activities during the working process and common institutional priorities for 2020.
Among other things, the Heads of the two Councils agreed at this meeting to have unity in decision-making regarding common competences, such as: performance of prosecutors and judges, discipline, recruitment, transfer and promotion, and compliance of the relevant ethical codes in the Kosovo prosecutorial and judicial system.
