The Guidelines for the Security Management of Prosecutorial System Facilities are discussed
Prishtinë, January 10, 2020 – The Committee on Normative Affairs of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, chaired by Chairman Zejnullah Gashi, held its first meeting for 2020, discussing the Guidelines on Security, Safeguarding, Access and Order in Facilities of the prosecutorial system.
In addition, among the members of the Committee on Normative Affairs, the meeting attended the representatives of the Legal Office of the KPC Secretariat and representatives of the Non-Governmental Organization "Legal and Political Studies Group".
The purpose of this guideline is to manage the security of the facilities of the prosecutorial system, coordinate the work between security personnel and provide a safe environment in the facilities of the prosecutorial system. Regarding this guide, two drafts were initially drafted, in which case some important provisions were discussed, which, according to the concrete proposals raised by this meeting, will be part of the guide, which will come up for approval in the Council.
