There was held the next meeting of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council
Prishtina, 29th of July 2016 – There was held the one-hundred-nineteenth meeting of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), chaired by the Chairman of Prosecutorial Council, Blerim Isufaj.
In this meeting, Chairman of the Prosecutors` Performance Evaluation Committee has presented the report on evaluation of 11 Prosecutors, which report following the discussions was approved by KPC members.
Today, KPC members have also approved the Regulation no.07/2016, on the Disciplinary Procedure against members of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council. Approval of this Regulation has taken place following its presentation by the Chairman of the Normative Acts Committee.
On its one-hundred-nineteenth meeting, KPC has also approved the amended and supplemented Regulation no.01/2015, on the Role and Activity of the Steering Board of ICT/CMIS Project.
Members of the Council have taken the Decision to approve the request on extending the mandate of 17 EULEX Prosecutors for two more years, who are engaged within the prosecutorial system of the Republic of Kosova, and who upon the further procedure shall be decreed by the President of the Republic of Kosova.
Council has also taken the Decision on approving the appointment of one EULEX Prosecutor, who upon the further procedure shall be decreed by the President of the Republic of Kosova.
