Capacities` development for the purposes of increasing effectiveness and efficiency of KPC Administration
Prishtina, 29th of July 2016 – On 21st and 22nd of July 2016, Kosovo Prosecutorial Council in cooperation with Kosovo Judicial Institute, have held the training on the topic “Capacities` development for the purposes of increasing effectiveness and efficiency of KPC Administration.”
On the focus of this training was advancing effective communication at workplace, familiarization with the strategic orientation of KPC and, drafting qualitative Action Plans and performance reports with a logical structure.
Through brief presentations, working in groups and discussions were analysed challenges for an effective communication at workplace and there were also proposed different techniques and means for an effective communication. There was also tackled effective teamwork within which were presented traits of teamwork and suggestions for a qualitative teamwork management.
Within this training took place elaboration of the KPC Strategic Plan and there were analysed necessary actions that have to be undertaken for implementation of this plan. Alongside the Strategic Plan there were presented techniques and methods on drafting sectorial and individual Action Plans, on which occasion attendees were engaged in drafting Action Plans according to the proposed structure.
For the purposes of realistic presentation of the work in the KPC Administration there were presented types of reports and their structure; in regard to the latter there was requested to write the performance reports and respective events in a formal language, which shall contain objectivity with a reference to facts.
Beneficiaries of this training were Administrators of all Prosecutions and KPC Secretariat Managers.
