There was held the next meeting of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council
Prishtina, 5th of October 2016 – There was held the one-hundred-twenty-first meeting of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), chaired by the Chairman of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Blerim Isufaj.
At the beginning of the meeting, Kosovo Prosecutorial Council has approved the agenda of the meeting with some recommendations on amending it, and it has also approved the transcripts of the previous meetings of the Council, namely transcripts of the one-hundred-twentieth meeting of KPC.
In this meeting has been approved the Bi-Annual Report of the Inter-Institutional Tracking Mechanism on Harmonization of Statistics regarding characteristic criminal offences; to approval of the aforementioned report have preceded discussions and suggestion given by KPC members.
Today, Council has approved request of its member, Prosecutor Idain Smailji, for releasing him from the position of the Chairman of Disciplinary Committee; now in the respective position is assigned the other member of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Prosecutor Arben Ismajli.
