The good cooperation between KPC and EULEX carries on being in place
Prishtina, 5th of October 2016 – Today, Blerim Isufaj, Chairman of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), has hosted for a meeting, Martin Cunningham, Acting Chief of the Strengthening Division within EULEX Mission in Kosova.
The discussions in this meeting were regarding duties and cooperation between prosecutorial system of the Republic of Kosova and EU Rule of Law Mission in Kosova/EULEX.
Chairman Isufaj and Mr Cunningham have discussed about further capacities development of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
Another topic of discussions was coordination and cooperation between both Institutions, for the purposes of needs identification and, supplementing/amending legal acts regulating prosecutorial system of the Republic of Kosova.
