Committee for Normative Acts has worked on supplementing/amending the Regulation on Appointment of Chief Prosecutors
Prishtina, 12th of October 2016 – The Committee for Normative Acts of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC) has held its next meeting in which it has supplemented/amended the Regulation on Appointment of Chief Prosecutors of Prosecutions of the Republic of Kosova.
In this meeting chaired by the Chairman of the Committee for Normative Acts, Bahri Hyseni, in addition to members of the Committee, participants were also Director of the Secretariat of KPC, representatives from US Embassy, Advisors from UNDP and EULEX representatives.
Following the supplementing and amendment of the Regulation on Appointment of Chief Prosecutors, the Committee will proceed and recommend to Kosovo Prosecutorial Council approval of the named Regulation.
