25 new Prosecutors are appointed
Prishtina, 1st of December 2016 – Today, 25 new Prosecutors have joined prosecutorial system of Kosova.
Today, in accordance with the proposition of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, President of the Republic of Kosova, Hashim Thaçi, upon a decree has appointed 25 new State Prosecutors.
25 new Prosecutors appointed today will be assigned throughout seven (7) Basic Prosecutions of the Republic of Kosova.
As already known, prior to recommending names of 25 candidates for Prosecutors to the President for being appointed based on the Laws in force, candidates have been subjected to the election process that was managed by Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
