There was held the next meeting of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council
Prishtina, 2nd of December 2016 – There was held the one-hundred-twenty-fifth meeting of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), chaired by the Head of Prosecutorial Council, Blerim Isufaj.
Based on legal competencies, this extraordinary meeting was summoned by the KPC Chairman and Chief State Prosecutor, with the sole item of the agenda: Review of extending the transfer of the Prosecutor Abdurrahim Islami in the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosova.
KPC during this meeting has decided to extend the transfer of Prosecutor Abdurrahim Islami in the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosova for six (6) more months.
Thus, as per the KPC Decision, Prosecutor Abdurrahim Islami shall carry on working as Prosecutor in the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosova until 31st of May 2017.
