The work on amending the Regulation on Disciplinary Procedure of Prosecutors continues
Pristina, May 21, 2019 - The Committee on Normative Issues, chaired by its chairman, Zejnullah Gashi, held the next meeting, attended by the Chair of the Working Group for drafting sub-legal acts based on the Law on Disciplinary Responsibility of judges and prosecutors, Arben Ismajli, Chairman of the Committee on Committee on Normative Issues of the Kosovo Judicial Council, Armend Berisha, representative of the US Embassy and General Director of the Secretariat of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
The purpose of this meeting was to amend and harmonize the Regulation on the Disciplinary Procedure of Prosecutors with the Law on Disciplinary Responsibility of Judges and Prosecutors.
During this meeting, a part of the aforementioned regulation was discussed and amended, always aligning with the Law on Disciplinary Responsibility of Judges and Prosecutors.
All changes made during the meeting are in full coordination and agreement with the representatives of KPC, KJC and US Embassy.
