The regulation on Disciplinary Procedure of Prosecutors is proposed for approval
Pristina, May 28, 2019 - The Committee on Normative Issues, which was chaired by its chairman, Zejnullah Gashi, held the next meeting, attended by the Chair of the Working Group for drafting sub-legal acts based on the Law on Disciplinary Responsibility of judges and prosecutors, Arben Ismajli, representatives from the US Embassy, the EU Office in Kosovo and UNDP.
The purpose of this meeting was the final drafting of the Regulation on the Disciplinary Procedure of Prosecutors.
Following the amendments proposed by the participants of this meeting, the Commission decided to recommend this Regulation to the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council for approval at the next meeting.
This regulation is drafted as a result of legislative changes in the field of disciplining of prosecutors.
