Coordinating meeting of the Chairperson Hyseni with the KPC administration
Pristina, 10 June 2019- The chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), Mr. Bahri Hyseni, together with the chairpersons of the permanent committees of KPC, held a joint meeting with the General Director of the Secretariat, Director of the Prosecutors Performance Review Unit and other unit leaders of the KPC administration.
The purpose of this meeting was the coordination of the joint activities between the permanent committees of the KPC and the administration, in the spirit of legislation changes in the Kosovo Prosecutorial System.
The chairman Hyseni requested the strengthening and coordination of the internal communication between the organizational units of the KPS, but also with Office of the Chief State Prosecutor and prosecution offices, emphasizing that if we have a successful internal communication, than we will also have successful and coordinated external communication.
Further, Chairman Hyseni has also spoken about the work done in the harmonization of the statistics in the Kosovo Prosecutorial System, adding that good job has been done in this direction, simultaneously, requesting further improvement of the statistical harmonization.
During this meeting, the topic of the implementation of the Project for Electronic Case Management - SMIL in the Prosecution Offices of Kosovo was discussed, whereby the Chairperson Hyseni requested that the full implementation of SMIL be done in manual mode, in order to continue the normal processes of the work in the prosecution offices.
At the end of the meeting, the KPC Chairman informed the prosecutorial system administration of the work being done in drafting a concept document for the implementation of the objectives set out by the KPC, requiring all participants to contribute in this concept paper.
