8 former ODP officials are systematized in Kosovo prosecutorial system
Pristina, 18 June 2019- The General Director of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council Secretariat, has met 8 officials of the former Office of Disciplinary Prosecutor which based on the legal changes were transferred within the prosecutorial system.
In this meeting Director Krasniqi welcomed and informed the new officials with the responsibilities that they will have as a staff of prosecutorial system of Kosovo, responsibilities that fall under the Law on Disciplinary Responsibility of Prosecutors.
It was also discussed about the activities to be carried out in the implementation of the sub-legal acts drafted in accordance with the Law on Disciplinary Responsibility of Prosecutors and other activities within the competences and responsibilities of the Kosovo Prosecutorial System.
