Coordination of the former ODP staff transfer to the Prosecutorial Council administration
Pristina, June 28, 2019 - The Chairman of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), Bahri Hyseni, together with the General Director of the Council Secretariat, Lavdim Krasniqi, held an informative meeting with officials of the former Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor (ODC) .
The purpose of the meeting was to provide information on the concrete actions for the implementation of the necessary procedures for the transfer of former officials of the Office of the Disciplinary Office and their correct information on the responsibilities and duties that will be incumbent upon them, deriving from the Law on Disciplinary Responsibilities of prosecutors.
Chairman of the Council, Bahri Hyseni, informed the former ODC staff about the actions that have taken place on their transfer, as well as the team goals they will have within their competencies and mutual responsibilities.
The former ODC staff will start work since 1 July 2019 within the prosecutorial system administration.
