Chairman Hajdaraj hosted the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Kosovo, Mrs. Carin Lobbezoo

Support of projects for the prosecutorial system, including the implementation of the EUKOJUST Project through CILC, the implementation of the Code of Ethics for Prosecutors and the drafting of the Integrity Plan of the Prosecutorial System (2024-2026), were some of the topics that were addressed in the meeting of the Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Mr. Ardian Hajdaraj and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Kosovo, Mrs. Carin Lobbezoo, who was accompanied by the Regional Rule of Law Coordinator, Mr. Bart de Brujin and the High Rule of Law Officer, Mrs. Venera Ramaj.  

On this occasion, Chairman Hajdaraj thanked Ambassador Lobbezoo for her visit and for the invaluable support that the Netherlands has given to strengthening the prosecutorial system and the rule of law in our country, as part of an inevitable process of European integration, as well as briefed him on the fulfillment of the Council's duties, its plans and the challenges that exist on the way forward. 

On the other hand, Ambassador Carin Lobbezoo thanked President Hajdaraj for the reception, stressing that the diplomatic mission he represents and her country will support the prosecutorial system through development projects and will commit to further deepening the cooperation between them, including respecting and their independent, impartial and professional functioning.

At the end of today's meeting between Hajdaraj and Carin Lobbezoo, both sides pledged to create a continuous partnership, intensifying the forms and ways of cooperation between the prosecutorial system and the Dutch Embassy.
