The next meeting of the Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions is held

The Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions of the KPC, led by Mr. Jetish Maloku, after taking over his presidency this month, held the next meeting, according to the previous agenda.
The meeting was attended by the members of this commission, Mrs. Stephanie Lefeuvre, an expert from the KoSEJ III Project of the EC, the officials of the Prosecution Performance Review Unit and the officials of the Secretariat of the KPC, including the Department of Information Technology.
Initially, the Commission's Annual Work Report for 2023 and the Work Plan for 2024 were approved, while the latter was prepared in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the prosecutorial system 2022-2024.
During the meeting, the report of the experts of the CEPEJ Project, which contains the improvement of data quality and the generation of statistical reports of the country's prosecutors' offices in CMIS, was discussed.
During the meeting, the results of the questionnaire for the implementation of CMIS in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Prishtina were also discussed, which is being done according to the standards for the collection, processing and storage of data by CMIS, the purpose of which is to measure the impressions of the use of this system, how much it has made their daily work easier and the advancement of CMIS according to the requests of prosecutors and administrative officials.
At the end of the meeting, it was said that during the year 2024 there will be important commitments of the Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions, especially in matters related to the analysis of the case load in the prosecution, the unification of work practices and the implementation - the electronic exchange of data with other law enforcement institutions.
