INDICTMENT AGAINST FIVE PERSONS FOR AGRAVATED MURDER, MANIPULATION OF EVIDENCE, POSSESSION OF WEAPONS AND PARTICIPATION IN A BEATING
Prishtinë, 20 february 2024 – The Special Prosecution (SP) filed an indictment in the Prishtina Basic Court - Special Department, against five (5) defendants with the initials D.H., R.S., A.V., B.M. and J.B.
The Special Prosecution announces that the defendant D.H. is charged with the criminal offense of "Aggravated murder" from article 173 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.5 and 1.8 of the CCRK, as well as "Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons" ' from article 366 paragraph 1 of the CCRK.
Defendants R.S and B.M. are accused of the criminal offense "Manipulation of evidence" from article 389 paragraph 1 of the CCRK.
Meanwhile, the defendants R.S, J.B and A.V. are accused of having committed the criminal offense of "Participation in beating" from article 187 paragraph 2 related to article 31 of the CCRK.
Also, the defendants R.S and J.B are accused of having committed the criminal offense of "Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons" from article 366 paragraph 1 of the CCRK.
