The ceremony of handing over and accepting the office of the Deputy Chairman of the Prosecutorial Council is held
Prishtinë, 2 February 2024 - In the premises of the Prosecutorial Council of Kosovo, through an official ceremony, Mrs. Jehona Grantolli accepted the position of Vice-Chairperson of the KPC from Mr. Veton Shabani, former Vice-Chairman of the Prosecutorial Council.
In his welcoming speech, Mr. Veton Shabani wished Ms. Jehona Grantolli success in the position of the newly elected Vice-Chairman of the KPC, expressing his gratitude for the cooperation, commitment and dedication of the KPC administration in the process of labor.
After the solemn acceptance of the task, Deputy Chairperson Grantolli thanked Mr. Shabani for his unstinting commitment and contribution to the prosecutorial system.
Ms. Grantolli was elected Deputy Chairperson at the 241st Meeting of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and her mandate is two years (2024-2025).
Meanwhile, Mr. Shabani was elected Chairman of the Commission for the Evaluation of Prosecutors' Performance.
