The General Director of the KPC Secretariat hosted the representatives of the EU Office in Kosovo in an introductory meeting
Prishtinë, 10 January 2024 – The General Director of the Secretariat of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Mr. Sami Istrefi, hosted the representatives of the European Union Office in Kosovo in an introductory meeting.
The purpose of today's meeting was to discuss cooperation to date and its intensification in the future to strengthen the administrative capacities of the prosecutorial system.
The General Director of SKPK, Mr. Istrefi, thanked the representatives of the EU Office for the valuable contribution they have made, requesting further support in the activities planned for 2024, which are related to the improvement of the quality of administrative services.
The representative of the EU Office emphasized on this occasion that the cooperation will continue, as it is foreseen in the framework of the projects of the relevant units within the EU Office and of various projects for the justice system by providing support and the necessary expertise.
At the end of the meeting, the General Director and the representatives of the European Union Office have agreed to coordinate actions for the most efficient addressing of strategic issues that affect the growth and strengthening of the administration of the prosecutorial system.
