The first meeting of the Working Group of CMIS users in the prosecutorial system is held
Prishtinë, 12 December 2023 - The working group of users of the Case Information Management System (CMIS) in the prosecutorial system, led by the leader of this group, the prosecutor in the Chief State Prosecutor's Office, Mrs. Sevdije Morina, held the first meeting, in which they received the members and relevant officials of the SKPC and PPRU organizational units participate.
The purpose of today's meeting was to discuss the work priorities, which affect the efficient and effective implementation of the full digitization of work and the commitment to remove the manual work form of reports and records that are generated in CMIS.
On this occasion, it was discussed about the questionnaires of SMIL that are needed to get the impressions of the users in terms of the use of CMIS and its advancement, these questionnaires, which have been approved by the working group.
Among other things, in today's meeting, various reports were reviewed, as well as those related to the tracking mechanism, the evaluation of the performance of prosecutors and similar.
At the end of this meeting, the working group set the priorities for the development of reports in CMIS, including the deadlines for their realization.
