CHAIRMAN MALOKU HOSTED THE HEAD OF THE OSCE MISSION IN KOSOVO, AMBASSADOR MICHAEL DAVENPORT
Prishtinë, 30 October 2023 – The Chairman of the Kosovio Prosecutorial Council (KPC), Jetish Maloku, received the head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, Ambassador Michael Davenport.
At the beginning of today's meeting, Chairman Maloku thanked Ambassador Davenport for his visit, expressing his special gratitude for the cooperation, contribution and commitment of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo in the field of the rule of law.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Prosecutorial Council, Jetish Maloku, said that the OSCE Mission in Kosovo was and remains a very important organization in the framework of the implementation of the strategic objectives of the prosecutorial system, either through the organization of specific trainings or through other professional and technical forms.
On the other hand, the head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, Ambassador Davenport, thanked Chairman Maloku for the reception, emphasizing the readiness of the OSCE to continue further support for the strengthening of law enforcement and the protection of the rights of all citizens in Kosovo.
Since the KPC and the OSCE Mission cooperate through various projects and memorandums, with the aim of increasing the efficiency, effectiveness, communication and transparency of the prosecutorial system, Mr. Maloku and Mr. Davenport expressed the willingness of the institutions they represent to deepened and intensified cooperation towards the realization of all projects in the field of the rule of law in the Republic of Kosovo.
