THE DRAFT REGULATION FOR THE INTERNAL ORGANIZATION AND FUNCTIONING OF THE STATE PROSECUTOR IS FINALIZED
Prishtinë, 30 October 2023 – The Commission for Normative Issues of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, led by the prosecutor Armend Zenelaj, held the next meeting, in which the members of this commission and the leaders of the administrative units of the KPC participated.
In today's meeting, the final review of the draft Regulation for the Internal Organization and Functioning of the State Prosecutor was made, reaching the full finalization of the description of the structure, duties, responsibilities, forms of the work organization and organization of the administration in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor, the Appellate Prosecution, the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo and the country's basic prosecutions.
Also, at this meeting, the two appendices of the description of the work tasks and the organizational chart were analyzed, these appendices, which will be an integral part of this regulation, and in conclusion, it was said that the draft regulation will be processed for approval in one of the next meetings of the Prosecutorial Council.
