THE NEXT MEETING OF THE COMMISSION ON NORMATIVE ISSUES OF THE KPC IS HELD
Prishtinë, 20 October 2023 – The Commission for Normative Issues of the KPK, led by Armend Zenelaj, held the next meeting, in which the prosecutor from the Chief State Prosecutor's Office, Bahri Hyseni, the Acting Director of the KPC, Shqipe Hykolli and leaders of organizational units participated.
The purpose of today's meeting was to review the comments on the draft Regulation on the Internal Organization and Functioning of the State Prosecutor, which came after the workshop held, in which the draft was presented in detail, in which case, after analyzing the comments, the most relevant ones were incorporated for the structure, tasks, responsibilities, forms of the work organization and organization of the administration in the institution of the State Prosecutor.
The members of the Commission for Normative Issues agreed that in the next meeting they will complete the finalization of this draft, as well as analyze the appendix of the description of the work duties, this appendix, which will be an integral part of the draft of this regulation that will be processed for approval in one of the meetings of the KPC.
