The next meeting of the Commission for Normative Issues is held
Prishtinë, 20 September 2023 - The Commission for Normative Issues of the Prosecution Council of Kosovo (KPK), led by the chairman of this Commission, Mr. Armend Zenelaj, together with the members, Mr. Bahri Hyseni and Mr. Ilir Morina, held the next meeting according to the planned agenda.
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the formation of the working group for the drafting of the list with terms of preservation of archival documents, in which case the same was approved by the members of this Commission.
Also, during this meeting, it was said that this group constitutes the first step towards the drafting of the Administrative Instruction for the Storage, Transfer and Destruction of Records and Cases, as a very important act during the work process in the prosecutorial system.
