The members of the Committee for Normative Affairs hold the next meeting
Pristina, August 25, 2023 - The Commission for Normative Issues of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), led by the Chairman of this Commission, Armend Zenelaj, together with the member, Bahri Hyseni, in cooperation with Acting Director of the Secretariat of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Shqipe Hykolli, held the next meeting in which the Commission's Work Plan for 2023, the Implementation of the Work Plan for the first six (6) months of 2023 were discussed, as well as Implementation of the Work Plan for the second six (6) months of 2023.
In addition to the Work Plan, the Commission has worked towards the finalization of the draft Regulation for the Internal Organization and operation of the State Prosecutor, as well as the draft Regulation for the administration and archiving of documents in the institution of the State Prosecutor, for which the Commission has agreed how to proceed further with these two draft regulations
