The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council has decided to establish an investigative panel
Prishtina, 4 May 2020 - The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, under the protection measures against COVID-19 pandemic and through distance communication, has decided to establish an investigative panel for the case AD.No.01 / 20, for the prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Pristina.
According to the lott, members of the investigative panel will be:
1.Xhevdet Bislimi, Proseutor in the Appellate Prosecution Office – Chair;
2.Admir Shala, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecution in Prizren – member and
3.Njazi Rexha, Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecution in Mitrovica - member.
Reserve members of the investigative panel will be:
1.Enver Sokoli, Prosecutor in the Appellate Prosecution, and
2.Ismet Rrahmani, Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj.
This investigative panel established today is in line with the commitments of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council to address all possible complaints that may be filed against prosecutors.
