Prishtina, October 28, 2024 – The Acting Chief State Prosecutor, Mr. Besim Kelmendi, is participating in the workshop “Judicial Administration, with a Focus on Community Inclusion in the Judicial System,” being held in Tirana. This event is organized by the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC) and the OSCE Mission in Kosovo.
Speaking on the challenges of integrating communities into the justice system and possible solutions, Acting Chief State Prosecutor Kelmendi shared best practices from the State Prosecutor’s Office regarding justice reform, challenges faced, and the commitment to improve access to justice for all citizens, regardless of ethnic background.
In addition to the Acting Chief State Prosecutor, the workshop is attended by the President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi; the Chair of the Kosovo Judicial Council, Mr. Albert Zogaj; members of the Kosovo Judicial Council; court presidents and judges; and representatives from the OSCE Mission in Kosovo.
