Mitrovica, August 5, 2024 – Over the course of five working days, from July 29 to August 2, 2024, the engagement of prosecutors from the Basic Prosecution Office in Mitrovica resulted in the filing of forty-eight (48) indictments against seventy-two (72) individuals for various criminal offenses.
The indictments filed by prosecutors from the Basic Prosecution Office in Mitrovica are for the following criminal offenses: “Robbery”, “Fraud”, “Assault”, “Threat”, “Unauthorized Purchase, Possession, Distribution, and Sale of Narcotics, Psychotropic Substances, and Analogues”, “Domestic Violence”, “Unauthorized Crossing of Border Crossings or the Border Line”, “Endangerment of Public Traffic”, “Destruction or Damage to Property”, “Theft of Services”, “Theft”, “Smuggling of Goods”, “Forgery of Documents”, “Violation of Social Security Rights”, “Receiving a Bribe”, “Misappropriation of Another’s Property”, “Contempt of Court”, “Minor Bodily Injury”, “Unauthorized Ownership, Control, or Possession of Weapons”, “False Representation as an Official Person”, and “Theft of Forest“.
